FAQs?
How are you different from other unlimited services?
Unlike my competitors, I will work on multiple designs at once and allow you to work with multiple sub- designers. I have added huge value to my plans and, although it may be slightly higher than others, they cannot match what I offer for this price point.
What are your turnaround times like?
I aim for 1 to 3 business days, depending upon the selected plan. Although I try to deliver everything as quickly as possible, larger time-intensive projects may take more than 3 days to complete and I’ll set realistic expectations for you as the requests come in.
Can I really make unlimited requests?
When I say unlimited, I truly mean it! You are welcome to make unlimited design requests at any time. Just keep in mind I am only human and focused on giving you a higher quality product than pumping out pre-made low-quality templates that won’t do your business justice. Quality work takes time to complete.
What if we need more simultaneous designs at once?
You are allowed to put in as many requests as you want, there truly is no limit. However, I can only handle up to 1 to 3 designs at a time and cannot proceed to new designs until the active requests are approved and completed.
